Where We Ship
At Westlake Handmade, we’re excited to deliver our custom cement candles and organic skincare products! We ship across the United States directly through our website with rates based on package weight. All other international customers, please order through our Etsy shop at westlakehandmade.etsy.com.
Processing & Delivery Times
Each order is crafted with care at our Merritt Island, Florida studio. We process and ship U.S. orders within 1-3 business days via USPS and UPS. During holidays or sales, this may extend to 7 business days. Once shipped:
- U.S. Orders: Expect delivery in 3-5 business days.
- Need it sooner? Select Express Shipping at checkout where available.
Shipping Costs
- United States: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package weight—fair and tailored to your order.
- International (via Etsy): Rates vary by destination—see our Etsy shop for details.
Tracking Your Order
Once your package ships, we’ll send a tracking number to the email you provided at checkout. Missing it? Reach out via our contact form or email us at info@westlakehandmade.com, and we’ll help you track it down.
Lost, Stolen, or Undeliverable Packages
After your order is handed off to the carrier, it’s out of our hands. Here’s how we handle issues:
- Lost in Transit: If your package disappears en route, email us at info@westlakehandmade.com, and we’ll file a claim with the carrier for you. We’ll push for a resolution, but it depends on their process.
- Stolen Packages: We’re not liable for theft after delivery (e.g., from your mailbox or porch). Refunds or replacements aren’t offered, but you can check with the carrier.
- Undeliverable Orders: If your package returns to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll reship it once you confirm the details—just cover the extra shipping cost.
