Return & Refund Policy

At Westlake Handmade, we take pride in our products and want you to love what you receive.

All sales are final, except in the following cases:

Eligible returns (defective or damaged items only)

  • You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a defective or damaged item.
  • Used or opened items are not eligible for return.
  • No exchanges are offered.

Return shipping costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Return shipping is not free and is not prepaid or reimbursed by Westlake Handmade (except where required by law).

How to request a return

  1. Contact us at info@westlakehandmade.com within 24 hours of delivery.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos showing the defect or damage.
  3. We will review your request (usually within 1–2 business days) and, if approved, provide return instructions.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement (at our discretion).

Restocking fee

  • There is no restocking fee for approved defective/damaged returns.

Non-returnable items All other items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies.
