If there’s an issue with your item, please reach out to us at info@westlakehandmade.com within 24 hours of receiving it. Be sure to include photos and your order number so we can address the problem and file a claim if needed.

After your package has been handed over to the carrier, we have no control over its whereabouts. In the unfortunate event that your order is lost during transit, please contact us, and we will start an online claim on your behalf.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any instances of theft, such as if your order is taken from your mailbox, porch, or property. We are unable to offer refunds for such incidents.

If your order is deemed undeliverable and is returned to us, we would be happy to resend it upon your confirmation of the correct address, with an additional shipping cost incurred.

If an order is cancelled, the refund will be issued through the original payment method. Please note that a cancellation fee $0.30 + 2.9% will be deducted from the refund amount. We recommend keeping this in mind before placing your order.

3. Protect Your Surfaces: Please handle the diffuser with care, as spilled oils can potentially damage car interiors, including vinyl surfaces. To prevent leaks, always reapply the plastic stopper after use and make sure it’s safely in place.
